You get the phone call (or even a text nowadays) that your resident wants to make improvements or alterations to your property.
Whether you are the landlord or the resident, someone is required to pay the utility bills for the home. These tips are geared for the landlord because they do own the property and any improvements are their decision, however, as the resident that pays the utility bills, perhaps it wouldn’t hurt to discuss the following tips with your landlord.
